I just purchased a used 2018 AMG C43 from Prestige, and they give the same attention and work ethic to their sales of used vehicles as new ones. We’ve bought 2 new cars from them , and now two used ones. they give the same attention and work ethic to their sales of used vehicles as new ones. We’ve bought 2 new cars from them , and now two used ones. They worked with us on our trade in and on the used car pricing, and are quite honestly exemplary in their effort to make sure their customer is taken care of, even when purchasing a used car. Scott Wondrasch, the sales mngr personally got involved to approve several repairs, even after “As is” status was agreed. I really can’t say enough about the fairness of this dealership. They are exemplary!! Give them your business. You won’t regret it! More

Horrible service department. If you don’t buy their outrageous service package they could care less about you or your car. I had a warranty interior trim place that needed replaced, I was never called outrageous service package they could care less about you or your car. I had a warranty interior trim place that needed replaced, I was never called when part came in, left messages, never called back. Another time brought car in for computer issues, was told had to leave overnight which was a total inconvenience and then had to call them late the next day when I never heard from them to find out the status. I was told car was ready a only required a reset of computer that took 5 minutes. Horrible customer service. More

Service department communication is not their strong suit. Seems like every other time I get service, it's a terrible experience. The last time was fine. Today my Q8 was picked up at 8AM for snow tir suit. Seems like every other time I get service, it's a terrible experience. The last time was fine. Today my Q8 was picked up at 8AM for snow tires, 20,000 mile service and a warranty brake flush. 5:30 PM this evening and I have no car and zero communication from service advisor. After waiting on hold, a person in the service department said my advisor had gone home and he couldn't tell me anything on status. I understand that things might take longer for various reasons, but zero communication is inexcusable. Not a "luxury brand" experience. My wife is a customer at Boulder Audi and she has a very different and better experience every. single. time. TBF, their collision department did amazing work on my vehicle and were very communicative. More
