Purchased Pathfinder in 2016 which was totaled. Came back to purchase Outback in 2023. The sales process was not smooth. The price of Outback was not established early in writing. The sales person expected us to accept every facet of the deal without discussion. The sales technique of not talking face to face but having to defer to management is annoying. We were expected to take possession of the car with only ONE key fob. If the fellow setting up the financing had not intervened at this point, we would have left. You cannot sell a car with one key! The bottom line is we got a good car and the proverbial ball has been passed to the service department to keep us happy. More
