I purchased a used vehicle on May 2nd, 2024 and while the salesman was "somewhat" interactive via text throughout my initial interest, it quickly died off once I purchased the vehicle and requested that the salesman was "somewhat" interactive via text throughout my initial interest, it quickly died off once I purchased the vehicle and requested that the manager call me. I had reached out to the dealership on the morning of the 2nd to inquire about a vehicle and throughout the day, the salesman was able to answer some, not all questions I had. Enough to where I decided to move forward with the purchase. The salesman asked that i complete an online finance application to expedite the process as it was a 50-mile drive for me and i would not be at the dealership until after 5pm. I had completed the application and was informed that we would be good to go and he would see me shortly. Once i got to the dealership, I took the vehicle for a test drive and decided that i was interested. From this point forward i waited approx. 2.5 hours for them to "appraise" my trade in and COMPLETE the finance application, even though i had completed it earlier to expedite the process. While this was merely an annoyance, the next day is when the frustration came into play. Leaving the dealership at approx. 830pm to drive over an hour home, i was thrilled but noticed that the rear end wouldn't hold traction when accelerating. It was the next morning during a rainstorm that it appeared to be worse and that's when i noticed that the rear tires had little to no tread on them and immediately texted the salesperson to address my safety concerns. The salesperson responded the following day to let me know that he would speak with his manager. Over the next 3 days, it was crickets, even with my continuous text (to include pictures) until i was told that there was "nothing they could do and if i would like, the manager would reach out to me". Well here i am, roughly 2 weeks later, still sliding on wet pavement, having texted the salesman multiple times and no response. While i am in love with the truck, I am highly disappointed with the customer service and urgency of the staff and CDJR Columbia and would caution anyone thinking about doing business with this dealership. If I could give zero stars I would. I drove 2 hours to look at a truck. Prior to this I called the dealer and emailed them throughout the week; stating a price point I was looking at. They assured me that was okay and that it shouldn't be a problem. I made an appointment on a Saturday to see the truck and once I got to the dealership and noticed the truck; it had not been cleaned neither the interior nor the exterior. Once the test drive was over, the usual paperwork discussion part took place. I do not know how many times I had asked how much the truck would be out the door. NOT A SINGLE PERSON could tell me an out the door price. I was then told by a sales team manager that in order to the get that number I would have to talk to finance. He also did not seem to care about my question and was just trying to hurry me through over to finance. I said no, you or someone can tell me an out the door price for the truck THEN I will talk to finance. They eventually came back and told me a RANGE of how much the truck would be, still not an actual price. I then took it upon myself to talk to finance to see if maybe they or someone at the dealership could tell me the actual price of the truck. Well once I got back to the finance office, he gave me a number that was not ever mentioned from the prior sales team, and I told them that wouldn't work for what I'm wanting to spend. I was then told that I agreed to a sales price and shown a number I agreed to. The number was the price they had the truck listed for not an out the door price which is what I tried to get since I began the paperwork process. I told them I was never mentioned an actual "out the door" price of the truck and even he was a bit confused. A few moments go by, and he gets the head sales team manager. This is where the whole situation completely loses my business. I was told by the sales team manager that I was losing out on a great deal and that I didn't know what I was giving up because it didn't fit my budget. He also stated the reason that he had dropped the price down because he was waiting on parts for the truck; so why was I told the truck needed nothing and that it was ready to go? He then stated, " for future reference when purchasing a vehicle, you need to understand that sales tax and fees as that will increase the price of the vehicle.' This dealership is very disrespectful and treats people like they don't know what they are doing or wanting. They seem to strong arm you in to a deal that you aren't comfortable with. This dealership did not seem friendly or respectful, I would not recommend this place for purchasing a vehicle to anyone. I've never felt more disrespected at a place. Instead of listening to my concerns or questions, I was treated with nothing, but disrespect. This dealership bounces around their word and doesn't care about you, your questions or your concerns. They only care about making the sale. More

Recently bought and worked with sales manager Corey James and finance guy Ryan. We called Corey on Friday about a vehicle we were in (2021 Jeep Rubicon) He was able to anwser any and all questions about and finance guy Ryan. We called Corey on Friday about a vehicle we were in (2021 Jeep Rubicon) He was able to anwser any and all questions about listing price we saw on the internet, confirm any fees associated with the purchase, details of the Jeep, ext. We made an appointment to test drive the Jeep on Saturday & make a deal. We drove an hour and half to purchase the Jeep. Corey agreed he would keep us informed on our drive if someone else started a deal for that particular Jeep before we got there so our time wasn't wasted. It was a very seamless, honest and straight forward deal. We left happy with our trade allowance and final price of our new Jeep. Corey was a very happy, positive person which made our afternoon enjoyable. When we finalized our loan with Ryan he was quick, explained the numbers again, and over all just a great experience. No complaints!! I'd buy from here again in a heartbeat and recommend them to others. More

I bought a used car here a month ago and they said it had gone through the inspection process but when I took it to the Nissan dealership in Franklin the next day, they said that the coolant was almost empty gone through the inspection process but when I took it to the Nissan dealership in Franklin the next day, they said that the coolant was almost empty and the oil had not been changed. They registered the tags in the wrong county and when I went in to pick up the tags and pointed out that it was the wrong county I was told "You registered in the wrong county. " but they did the paperwork. I had to pay the wheel tax in the correct county on top of what I had already paid. I also specifically asked about emissions in my county and they said it wouldn't need to be done. No apology for the extra money I had to spend or the time wasted. More

Very nice people and Corey was wonderful!! I needed a new vam for my family and we found the online posting for one on their website. My husband is deployed and Corey kept in contact with us u I needed a new vam for my family and we found the online posting for one on their website.
