I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with this dealership regarding the purchase of a 2023 Corvette Z06. I initially reached out on October 24, and by the next day, Alan calle experience with this dealership regarding the purchase of a 2023 Corvette Z06. I initially reached out on October 24, and by the next day, Alan called to discuss the car’s condition over FaceTime. We agreed that I’d pay the list price of $135,000 with shipping covered by the dealership. I promptly wired the full amount the same day and completed all necessary paperwork, fully expecting to receive the car without issue. However, after payment, the dealership became unresponsive. I texted multiple times over three days asking for shipping updates and received no response. Then, on October 29, I received a call from the general manager saying they couldn't sell me the car because it had been auctioned off—this despite my payment and paperwork being completed days earlier. I immediately requested a refund, but the dealership still did not send the money back. At this point, I was discussing legal options with my lawyer due to this apparent breach of contract. Only then did the dealership contact me, saying they’d suddenly decided to honor the sale and would ship the car “right away.” As of writing this, they still have not shipped it, leaving me feeling deceived and completely disregarded. This dealership’s lack of communication, failure to honor agreements, and overall unprofessional behavior have made this experience an absolute nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business here to think twice—this was one of the most stressful and untrustworthy transactions I’ve ever encountered. More

Upon digging further The blue amg gt 63 I bought from them had been serviced 4 months prior, with issues. It was delivered in a filthy state, with the coolant light on, then engine light came on with burning smell the following day. Rickety suspension and advertised mileage was incorrect upon receipt. Had to return the car and pay for shipping back to their dealership after they threatened not to refund me if I wouldn’t provide positive review. Purchased a different CPO car for same value from a different dealership. Avoid “Perfect Auto Collection” at all costs. More

If you read "What Others Say", they are all good reviews. Well deserved. In my more than 50 years of car buying, to say this was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences in my life, would not be Well deserved. In my more than 50 years of car buying, to say this was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences in my life, would not be an exaggeration. They made it quick and easy, with absolutely no BS. They even found a car loan 0.1% lower than my credit union. Found the exact car I was looking for, even though it was half way across the USA for me. Made one email. They responded with more pictures and clarified a few things. Had one phone call with Corey, in which we talked about price. Told him what I wanted. He said he'd get back to me after getting in the office. He called me within the hour, he was upfront about the car, he came down a bit on the price, I came up and we made the deal. It was as easy as that. It was a win win for both of us. I flew up to pick up the car, arrived at the showroom early the next morning. Car was ready, perfect, as expected. Staff was so professional. I spent all of 5 minutes with accountant and we were done. Can not remember such a straight forward car buying experience in the last 20 years. No matter where I am living in the future, if Perfect Auto Collection has any car I am interested in, they will get my business. More

Negotiating a price for a new/used car is never fun but Perfect Auto made that part of the process as easy as they could. There were no negative issue but tiny details over looked. The staff took care of them instantly. The finance people were outstanding. They went above and beyond to get the best interest and financing. I would definatley come back again. I bought my Bentley online. A bit scary but it showed up in imaculant condition.
