I'm extremely likely to refer this dealership to my family and friends. I was there under a minute and was greeted. I was constantly informed about my vehicle. My consultant checked on me multiple time family and friends. I was there under a minute and was greeted. I was constantly informed about my vehicle. My consultant checked on me multiple times. The atmosphere was a 10 out of 10. Very clean and comfortable. Also a shuttle was offered if I didn't want to wait.My vehicle was returned to me cleanser than when I brought it in. The services were completed and I'm very satisfied! Desaraee was extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. More

This was the best experience I have had at a dealership. With my age I feel I was never taken serious and they always tried to take advantage. You don’t get that kind of service at Southwest. Go see my man Jose. The best customer service I have ever experienced. He knew the awnser to all my questions about the car. Heck he awnsered questions before I could ask them. I traded my 2022 Sorento and upgraded to the 2024. It has now been a month and finance still shows i own the old vehicle. Its showing i am 2 payments late as well. i WAS NOT DO TO PAY ANYTHING ELSE ON It has now been a month and finance still shows i own the old vehicle. Its showing i am 2 payments late as well. i WAS NOT DO TO PAY ANYTHING ELSE ON MY OLD VEHCLE AND ALL PAYMENT where up to date. I am now getting calls as well for the 2022 to make payments. They are claiming a software issue but still continue to do nothing. My credit is being effected at this point and probably need to get a lawyer involved. Be carefull here if you finace thru KIA. Very sad customer service when you get out the door. They told me i am not the only one calling on this issue. More

Our salesperson Suavevion was great and very helpful. Constantine made us a great deal. Our car got scratched two days after we bought it and the GM personally oversaw getting it patched up, washed, and Constantine made us a great deal.
