We've purchased and serviced now three Subarus with Grand. We love dealing with them. Conrad in the Grand Subaru service department has done outstanding work ever since I brought my BRZ home from out of state. Knowledgeable, courteous, and highly responsive, Conrad has helped me research outstanding work ever since I brought my BRZ home from out of state. Knowledgeable, courteous, and highly responsive, Conrad has helped me research and add thoughtful modifications that keep my BRZ in like-new condition -- even though its primary role is as a track day and Time Trials car. Whether I'm coming in for routine maintenance or a last-minute checkup before an event, Conrad and his team get the job done right! I live about an hour away from Grand, but the service provided is 100% worth it. More
