Jacob connected us with Conrad and he was equally friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. We purchased a Corolla for our other daughter. The process was quick and easy. No haggling over prices, they gave us blue book on our trade and there are no hidden fees just a super smooth process. I would rate my experience 0 stars if at all possible, but I can't. Frankly, the unprofessional manner in which this dealership wasted my time is beyond unacceptable, especially when I had called multiple but I can't. They wasted hours of my time in trying to purchase a car and I will leave reviews everywhere explains this manner. Then their GSM Alex flat out ignored my phone calls in regards to deal with this problem. I will say that Conrad was phenomenal on the phone when dealing with him. More

Dealership is clean. Cars are easy to find on the lot. Do your research before you get there. There is no cell service in the building. Jacob Fratt was great! I wasn't just purchasing a vehicle, I was buying peace of mind. He understood that. The car we had originally wanted had been purchased. So we test drove a similar one. It was more than we were looking for. After we got back we went to look at similar cars to our first pick. Luckily there was one with the options we wanted. It just hadn't been put into their system. Jacob took off in a dead sprint while texting me he was going to grab the keys for it. Trades and buying process were easy. If I'm looking to buy another vehicle I will go to wherever Jacob is to buy it. More

Dont go here!!!! Was rushed through the whole buying process!! After about a month of having the car they called and threatened to take it unless I gave them $1500 dow Was rushed through the whole buying process!! After about a month of having the car they called and threatened to take it unless I gave them $1500 down (I got approval before making the 3 1/2 hour drive down to the valley) only for them to call and say I wasn't approved. Ive been constantly threatened and haggled that they will come get the car and/or get the authorities involved. I even talked to my friend that is a finance manager at a different Toyota Dealership and they had no idea why I wasnt approved or why they wanted more money down just to raise my monthly payments!! Will never be going to Avondale Toyota again. Ive been happily approved for a way better brand new car!! Most definately do not recommend this dealership!! More

Stew and Conrad went above and beyond to get the 2019 Toyota Camry SE we wanted! They were both awesome to work with. We were in and out of there within 2 hours!! My daughter said she will definitely be buying their next Toyota from them! I recommend Stew and Conrad when you are ready to buy a car! More
