Beware, they will make a low ball, tire-kicker offer on your vehicle far below KBB trade-in value, so make sure that you sell private party if you are thinking about trading. Once again we've purchased another top of the line Tacoma from Heritage Toyota. Jason D. was instrumental in helping streamline the process. Once he handed us off to Joe the amazing service continued. Joe was on point with communication, answered every product and service question and had everything installed before we arrived. He took the time to go over every detail of our new van. He followed up after the sale as well. Top notch service!!! Joe handed us off to Christine for finance. She was professional and not pushy at all. We didn’t feel pressured in any way and she answered every question in full detail. Joe and Christine made our young kids feel welcomed and included.
