And since I live over an hour away, it's not exactly convenient to just "stop in" if I have a question or issue. They lied about the TMPS being replaced and recalibrated on the car. Mike the sales person said "well maybe the guys in the shop were having a bad day". Really Mike! I had to go to a professional shop to have fixed and recalibrated at my own cost. They lied about calling me to come pick up the Title (since I paid cash) and apparently, they don't have the knowledge to flip the title or "technology" to submit to the BMV E-Title system. First Conner in finance stated it would take them about 30-45 days to turn the title. Then I discovered that it was processed on July 3rd, only 9 days after purchase and I even called on July 5th and I guess only one person knows how to find a Title in this dealership because I was told that Conner had no record of if the Title was completed he would have to call me back on Monday. Then I get a call from Conner yesterday the 8th (only after I initiated a call on July 5th) that oops, He stated I guess the Title got sent Fed Ex to me and would be arriving yesterday. Thankfully, I did receive the Title. But... I deliberately requested from Conner (and he agreed) to call me when it was done so I could come and pick it up because I didn't want a Clear Original Title sent in US mail which is what Conner suggested they would do sometime in the next random 30-45 days. Holy Crap! Are you serious. I wonder if Conner or Mike would want their original title to their car sent in mail at random? Free Advice: If you are going to buy ANYTHING from this dealer you may want to take your attorney to keep them honest. What a terrible experience, I guess if you have the means to pay cash for a car, don’t take their high financing, and decline their overpriced “warranty” then you may want to shop at a dealer in a larger city that behaves more professionally.
