Conner is helpful and kind but I can’t say that about the dealership it’s self . Turned out to be a pain in the butt dealing with them within just the first week of having our truck! Connor was great! No complaints on his service and attention to the costumer. Very respectful, and well informed. Can’t say the same about the dealership. It has been a hassle since I bought my truck from them. Things have not went smooth at all, in fact it’s been more stressful than anything. 3 days after buying my truck I get a call saying my rate and or payments were going to go up, after I had already signed a contract and committed to a certain interest rate, and payment. When signing an official document, you are committing to pay what the dealership showed you the day you took the car home, no one wants to hear their payments are going to go up after you already took the car home. A week later i noticed oil splattered up underneath my truck and on the passenger side of the truck. I of course take video of it for evidence and me not being a mechanic I’m not sure if something is either damaged or what, so I call the dealership to see if anyone can take a look at it make sure nothing is wrong and make sure there is no leaks coming from the transmission or anywhere else. They asked if it was drivable and I said I’m not sure, I can’t tell where it’s coming from, I don’t know if it’ll make it to the dealer since I’m an hour away, so they suggest to get it towed so no further damage is made to the truck if anything is in fact wrong and they will reimburse me for the tow fee. After they inspect the truck they tell me nothing is wrong so they can’t really reimburse me for the tow after they said they would. Keep in mind if I didn’t think nothing was wrong with the truck I would of never waisted my time getting the truck towed and not have it for couple days, nor I had to drive back one hour to the dealer to get the truck back. Waste of time going through all this, plus having to go through so many people just for them to understand that I could of avoided all this nonsense if they were more clear on their terms and conditions when it comes to weather the “warranty” covers it or not. It’s just been to much to deal with when I don’t even have the time for it, to a point where I’m not even enjoying the truck anymore be sure of all this and it’s only been about 2 weeks. Just unbelievable! More
