Paid half in cash and the other half we had a pre-approved loan through our bank. We were taken to the Finance person's office, a man named Manny, and told him 5.5% was a high interest rate. He said he would check with Canvass bank as he could probably find a lower interest rate and would call me. After 9 days of calling him each day and not getting a call back, I asked to speak with a Manager. I spoke with Mindy who said she would research it and call me back the same day. No call back. Called the following day and left her a voice message, still no call back. Even if the Finance Manager was unable to find a better interest rate for us, the professional thing to do is to follow through on your word. Both Manny and Mindy gave their word that they would try to help, but neither did. Not returning a customer's call is lazy and unacceptable. Tynan's needs to promote professional, honest, and follow through behavior from their employees. More

I had a very specific situation being a recent college graduate with no credit due to my not having any student loans (thank The Lord!) and no car insurance due to me never having had a car previously, and he patiently and perseveringly figures out the answers to my questions and the accommodations to my dilemmas. I’m grateful to God that this experience was so smooth and I am grateful to Connor and his team. There was one point when another team member gave us a lot of information about a sale and said that they would only give us five minutes to think about it, so that did not feel very good and I would have appreciated being asked if I had any questions and how much time I would like to think it over. Overall though, this was great and I am grateful! More
