Attention to detail is lacking. There appears to be no quality insurance checks. My car wasn't returned the same way I dropped it off....car seats forward, tire pressure different o There appears to be no quality insurance checks. My car wasn't returned the same way I dropped it off....car seats forward, tire pressure different on all four tires; even after I got a new tire. Conner was great. He was responsive and on task. More

I travelled up from Florida on Thirsdaybnoght and my car went into “limp mode” not able to go over 70 and difficult to accelerate. I Dropped my car off on Friday morning. Did not hear from anyone on Friday went into “limp mode” not able to go over 70 and difficult to accelerate. I Dropped my car off on Friday morning. Did not hear from anyone on Friday so I called Saturday for update- spoke with a receptionist who basically said she thought the car was ready but would need to check back Monday. I called back Monday morning- picked my car up in the afternoon. Drove maybe 30 miles before parking. I left Tuesday for my return trip to Florida and within 30- 45 minutes my car went back into limp mode. More
