Connor communicated everything great through the whole process. I would have wished for the car to be ready for sale when advertised and ready at point of sale, however the process to completion was detai process. Everyone at Mills Honda really go out of their way for you! I have purchased two Hondas from them now, and they never disappoint. I also have all of my upkeep and repairs done at their service department you! I have purchased two Hondas from them now, and they never disappoint. I also have all of my upkeep and repairs done at their service department for several years without issue. When the car I originally wanted was suddenly unavailable, Connor and Fred made me such a great offer on a new vehicle I just couldn't refuse! They also gave me top dollar trade in value on the Civic I purchased from them several years prior. What a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them! More

After the initial meeting, during which we looked at the car we would eventually buy, the experience was completely negative. We felt bullied in signing paperwork before the car was even ready. The promised car we would eventually buy, the experience was completely negative. We felt bullied in signing paperwork before the car was even ready. The promised timing to pick up our new car was put off multiple times. Connor communicated but repeatedly promised timelines that were not accurate. We felt like we were put at the bottom of the list once we signed the paperwork. For example, when we signed paperwork on the second business day, we were told the car would be taken right away into the shop for detailing and cleaning. We were also told the door to the gas tank had arrived and would be painted and installed, and one week later that 3rd party vendor had not even been in to match the paint yet. Then we were told that vendor had the piece and was painting it and we could pick up the car that afternoon… But again Connor had not done his homework and the paint needed to cure for 12 hours so it would not be ready until the next business day. We picked up the car on the ninth business day into this process, and upon driving it out of the lot, discovered something was broken and a part needed to be ordered. We realize this was coincidental, but it further added to the negativity of this entire experience. Service manager Jim was spectacular. The first positive from Mills! An appointment was set up for me which I needed to change, and when I called and spoke with Sean, she could not have been less helpful. She was fairly rude on the phone and did not give the impression that she wished to be helpful at all. Now it has been 3 1/2 weeks and today is the day my car is finally getting fixed. However! It didn’t get fixed because the wrong part came in. This is the 24th day since I picked up my car, 32nd day overall. And the awful experience feels like it will never end. If other customers have experiences like ours, I’m surprised Mills is still in business. We will not use Mills again and neither will my friends or family. More

Never worked with or met Luke Jordan to my knowledge so I have no opinion. Working with Connor was as good or better than you could expect. He was very friendly and efficient. He offered some options and add have no opinion. Working with Connor was as good or better than you could expect. He was very friendly and efficient. He offered some options and add-ons but was not pushy in the least. Several years ago, I worked with their service department, and they were very good. They were always friendly and courteous. I would recommend Mills Honda to anyone looking for a Honda. More
