Connor was so great at helping us get the deal we needed on the car we wanted. My husband couldn’t come out to the test drive due to work obligations, but Connor was quick to suggest we take the car out for on the car we wanted. We didn’t feel pressured to buy extras that we didn’t need or like our time was being wasted. Both Connor and the finance office employee (Michael O.) stayed past closing to help us finish the deal, and there were still others being helped as we left the dealership. I worked with Connor Burke. He adidas for 30 days that the dealership would be purchasing my 2020 Jeep Renegade. We submitted the appraisal to my then current lien holder, got it approve and Connor completely dropped the ball. No responses, no follow up, and even put the task off someone else and suggested that I follow up them all to them finally state via text that his manager informed him that they weren’t interested in the sale. With other offers declined due to Connor who scratched his position as a sales/lease consultant off of his business card and penciled in CEO, I was under the impression that we were pending their check to clear as Connor reassured throughout the 30 days of certainty of the sale of my vehicle. Only to cease communication, potentially block my number. I wouldn’t recommend doing any type of business with this dealership if people like Connor are gainfully employed there! More
