The representatives we worked with Didn’t do our paperwork correctly for our trade-in. We had two Hyundai leases that were up. One was supposed to be processed as a trade in and we agreed to get ano paperwork correctly for our trade-in. We had two Hyundai leases that were up. Our paperwork wasn’t done correctly after we communicated everything with our salesperson. We signed not realizing it was lease turn in papers. The whole experience was a mess. Very disappointed.
