Great customer service We bought a used MDX and Conner helped us. He was very informative and never made us feel like he was rushing through the process. He sat in the vehicle with us and explained how to operate all of the electronics and we asked many questions. Wes, his manager was also very friendly and helpful. He quickly realized I I had an excellent experience working with Conner Neal. Conner was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and great to work with. He quickly realized I had done my homework before coming to the dealership and focused on helping me select the exact vehicle that met my needs from their extensive inventory. Conner made sure all my questions were answered and the car's features explained or demonstrated. During the process I was introduced to other Associates, the Sales Manager, the Service Manager and the General Manager. All were outstanding and demonstrated genuine customer focus. I strongly recommend Acura of Wichita for a no pressure, professional experience in buying a new car. More
