The salesman and the finance manager were AMAZING I was very pleased with the purchase experience at Ray Skillman. Everyone I encountered was great. The salesman and the finance manager were AMAZING to work with! The only reason that I wouldn't give them a 5 star is the "etched glass" fee that was added to my invoice. I purchased a used car and was not told this by the salesman or the finance manager. It was only when I went to file my paperwork at home that I saw the $249 charge added to my invoice. It's my fault for not seeing it...because if I did, I would have insisted it be removed. I can do this etching for $25 at home! More

Great Experience We had been searching for a Kia Soul at several dealerships. We were about at the end of our lease so needed something soon. After going to several ot We had been searching for a Kia Soul at several dealerships. We were about at the end of our lease so needed something soon. After going to several other dealers with the promise that they could get us the payment we wanted, we walked out without, We got a call from Ray Skillman South Side and were promised the same thing. We were skeptical but decided to try again. I talked to Josh Carlson and he told me he could locate the color that we wanted. We went in to talk to Conner Lopardo and were greeted by a very friendly salesperson. He didn't make us feel pressured to buy. He let us take one they had on the lot for a test drive and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and it's features. We talked with him and the finance manager Duane and they were very helpful in getting us the payment we needed. When we came back to pick up our vehicle we were again greeted by Conner. He took us out to our vehicle and again went over the features with us. He told us that if we had any other questions or concerns to give him a call. We are very happy with the service we received and our vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
