We bought a Z06 Corvette Saturday. We haven’t Taken possession of it yet because they had to do some repairs they told us they would leave it in the garage so it wouldn’t be out in the weather, we expr possession of it yet because they had to do some repairs they told us they would leave it in the garage so it wouldn’t be out in the weather, we expressed to them that we do not want it driven in the rain snow with salt on the roads they promised it would stay in the garage and they would have a guy come there and fix it. Monday we called to check on it and they drove it in the pouring down rain with salt on the roads to get it fixed on top of putting more mile on it and Cory keeps defending his guys at the dealership he doesn’t care what his customers think. I Tried to talk to Ray Skillman I thought he would want to know what was going on Cory told me that he doesn’t want to know and he handles stuff for Ray Skillman. you don’t do business like that you need to be upfront and honest with your customers. We would have never authorized it. More

Grear sales and service Ray Skillman Auto Group has been truly amazing to deal with. It was unfortunate that the first General Motors Sierra that I bought back in October ha Ray Skillman Auto Group has been truly amazing to deal with. It was unfortunate that the first General Motors Sierra that I bought back in October had some issues. Jamey Smith the Service Director for Skillman on the Southside was 100% dug in on getting my truck fixed or replaced. We went with replace and the Sales Managers Colt Key and Dakota Rogers worked their butts off to make it happen and get me taken care of. I am not the easiest of customers to deal with at times and through all of this they were extremely professional, were on my side of the deal working to get the right vehicle at the right price. I cannot thank them enough for going to bat for me, taking my concerns into consideration and worked to find resolutions. I have been on both sides of these things and I could not have asked for better people to work with. I highly recommend these guys if you are looking at a new GMC or Buick..or anything else from the Skillman group. More

So kind, NO pressure. We visited another dealership (after visiting Ray Skillman) and the pressure and attitude of their salesman and manager was so bad that we left. We purchased a vehicle with more bells and whistles than we needed/wanted and spent more money than we intended to JUST becuase we wanted to buy off of these two kind, young men. They patiently waited to find the vehicle that I wanted. Life is all about relationships, KJ and JB took the time to form a relationship with us. Our daughter is now in search of a car with Ray Skillman due to the relationship that these men formed with us. Words cannot express how our family feels about them, we feel like they ARE family.
