I took my car in for recall work on my engine and there was absolutely no communication from the dealer to me. I had no idea what was going on the entire time and when I contacted them for an update they a was absolutely no communication from the dealer to me. I had no idea what was going on the entire time and when I contacted them for an update they acted as if I was a burden and bothering them. (I only contacted them 2 times in a few weeks span for an update). More
