Great Experience!! My sons have both purchased vehicles from this dealership and both service their vehicles here. I heard good things so I brought my daughters car to R My sons have both purchased vehicles from this dealership and both service their vehicles here. I heard good things so I brought my daughters car to Rob because she was involved in an accident. Rob and Collette have gone above and beyond to help us out!! It has been such a long process with the insurance company and most of the other service departments would probably want nothing to do with any of it. Rob has taken care of us and dealt with the insurance company to finally get everything resolved! I couldn't have asked more from him and the rest of the staff, they were extremely professional and friendly through out the whole process. I highly recommend them and we will certainly be bringing our vehicles back to him. More

Best service center EVER! Brought my CX9 here for service - they did a great job and you know how you often feel ripped off at dealerships??? I actually did not feel that way a Brought my CX9 here for service - they did a great job and you know how you often feel ripped off at dealerships??? I actually did not feel that way at this one. They even washed and vacuumed my car and gave me a loaner while they had my car. We will be going there for our next Mazda. More

Surprised and delighted againa and again! Jeremy Whitman made the whole experience just amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful. Didn't bore me with a sales pitch once he knew I'd done my homework on the model I wanted, just answered any other questions I had and pointed out some features I'd missed. No pressure at all, just very down to earth simple car buying process. Mike Pinto found me great financing and explained everything in detail while valuing my time and explaining even the most mundane questions I had. I would send my mother her to shop alone, they're just great. In addition the after experience has been outstanding and I'm just that much more impressed with the entire North End Mazda team. Can't wait to have my new Mazda3 serviced at North End where I know I'll be treated with respect and have my concerns heard and taken care of. xxxxxxto the managers, they've done a wonderful job instilling outstanding work ethic and customer service, A+! Out of the way, but worth it Jason Cote, Sabrina Ramondelli, and Jeremy Whitman were a pleasure to deal with. They showed enthusiasm for the Mazda brand, were fair with price, and Jason Cote, Sabrina Ramondelli, and Jeremy Whitman were a pleasure to deal with. During the closing I never felt like I was being up-sold on something I didn't really need. I'd definitely go back again. I highly recommend North End Subaru Mazda. More

Sabrina Rocks From start to finish this girl rocked. I went in knowing the vehicle I wanted and got it. The level of customer service from all the employees I dealt From start to finish this girl rocked. I went in knowing the vehicle I wanted and got it. The level of customer service from all the employees I dealt with was phenomenal, but Sabrina was extraordinary! She helped me set up my Bluetooth and explained all the "bells & whistles" of my new car. I had to go back in to get a service done and again Sabrina blew me out of the water with her sense of urgency in tending to my needs. If you're in the market for a vehicle go to Northend and see her and I promise you won't be let down! Sabrina is a rockstar! More
