Initially I was hesitant with buying a vehicle only through internet research. But when I found this vehicle, I called and the staff at DCH remained patient and honest throughout the experience. Lora even took photos of the vehicle before they were posted to the site and I really appreciated her going the extra mile for an out of town client who is calling over the phone. Once I arrived at DCH Montclair, Tony was waiting for me at the entrance..and literally walked me through the rest of the process. Tony made sure I was comfortable with moving forward and even talked me down from walking away from this deal. Even when I experienced trouble with the vehicle, DCH was willing to diagnose the problem or help me find a reputable service department that would find out the problem. DCH made right on their promise and helped me drive away with a safe, reliable vehicle at an affordable price. DCH is helping me rebuild my credit and my life, one step at a time. Excellent Car Buying Experience I had an excellent car buying experience at DCH Montclair Acura. I was searching for a used Porsche Macan S and found the perfect one here. It was a night and day difference from a previous experience at an independent used car dealership. Colleen promptly replied to my first inquiry and I was then in contact with Keith Mickens who was very nice and professional. Upon arrival for my appointment at the dealership, they had the vehicle waiting outside the entrance and it was nice and clean - truly in excellent condition! With the quarantine guidelines, I was able to test drive it with my wife and father and Keith gave us a longer than the standard test drive route where I got to really get a feel of it. When it came time to negotiating, Keith was very transparent, but he and his manager were flexible and reasonable when it came to the final price and trade in value for our other vehicle. Hamad, the finance guy, was also very nice and helpful. My wife and I were admittedly not entirely prepared for purchasing the vehicle on the same day, but when it came down to the details and completing the purchase, Keith and Hamad were extremely helpful and accommodating. It's only been 2 weeks but the vehicle has been flawless and my wife and I are loving it. I highly recommend DCH Montclair Acura! More
