I went to Volkswagen of Nanuet to purchase a new Jetta and was delighted by my experience with Crystal Alvarez and Colin Perell. Colin, who was one of the sales managers followed up with me the next day and was able to work out a deal with me that pleased both of us, and Crystal was again very helpful with finalizing the deal and even provided me with more information after the deal was complete. I've heard horror stories about people trying to buy cars before, but was glad that my experience at Volkswagen of Nanuet did not turn into one of those. More
