Rachel assisted me in buying a 2021 Chevy trailblazer and she was very nice system is in the process gently. I wish I knew more about the vehicle as I was test driving it by her. The gentleman who drew up the loan contract should not have that position in my opinion. The APR that he gave me was almost 0.3% higher than what I was initially told it would be, he was rude when certain changes needed to be made to my application in the process, trying to make me spend more money in a condescending way, too afraid or lazy to ask for help until I was insistent on what I wanted (to not spend >$360 for a new tag when I could just exchange it from my old car, etc). It was horrible, condescending to Rachel as well, and did not display professionalism. I try to be nice and give the benefit of the doubt that maybe he was tired but I can tell that this is his personality. He almost lost Chevy the sale altogether. More
