Dropped off my vehicle in November 22' and just like others have said, nobody answers the phones or calls on updates. Lies to FCA Rep about what is happening to the vehicle when they got involved. Mike and Colin were very helpful in keeping me informed in what was going to happen. Additionally when the gentlemen I bought my van from saw me there he came out to see if everything was ok. Terry Mykins then helped me get the settled into the rental and kept in touch to see how we were doing and if there was anything he could help with. Another thing I appreciated was they returned my van nice and shiny and pretty like I just bought it. Thank you OPJeep Service for taking care of me and my van. More
