Our Audi Brand Specialist, Jeff Sawick was AMAZING! A great experience from beginning to end at this dealership. We purchased a new Audi for the first time. Mathew Duron responded promptly to our online inquiry, then did an outstanding job througho dealership. We purchased a new Audi for the first time. Mathew Duron responded promptly to our online inquiry, then did an outstanding job throughout the process. He spent time during the test drive to discuss the features/functionality, then allowed us time to consider next steps. Michael Schutt, Sales Manager, and Colin Howe, Finance Manager were professional and easy to work with during the process. I also enjoyed conversations with several other employees (i.e. Mike) from technology)...all of whom were friendly and helpful. I won't hesitate to purchase another Audi, especially from Mathew and his team. More

Well two weeks ago I drove six hours to pick up a car from this dealer, after having been assured it was ready. Got most of the way through the paper work, and was told the car couldn’t be sold because o from this dealer, after having been assured it was ready. Got most of the way through the paper work, and was told the car couldn’t be sold because of an un-repaired recall. The car shouldn’t have been listed to begin with, but the salesman Mat Duron worked hard to make things right for me. I appreciate his efforts to get the car fixed and the time he put in to ensure this car would go home with me. Unfortunately, this mistake was easily preventable by just running the VIN number, and of course it was not Mats fault. But regardless, he worked hard fought for me. Definitely one of the nicest and genuinely caring guys I have had the pleasure to work with. Edit- After receiving the car and driving home I thought about this some more. I'm not sure who is responsible for listing the cars on the website but listing cars that cannot actually be sold is unacceptable for a certified dealership. As the end of the two weeks approached, I was looking for other options, and happened to see another vehicle listed that could not be sold on Audi Naples Website. If I can take 5 minutes and run a VIN to see if a car can be sold, why can't a certified Audi dealer manage it? Seems almost like a bait and switch tactic, and it would probably work on a lot of people. During the original trip down there, they did offer to sell me a few other cars instead (they offered 2k off of a 63k car for wasting my day), whether this was genuine effort to try and make things right, or they willingly listed an unsellable car to attract more customers, only the person responsible will know for sure. They did pay for a rental car for six days, which was nice, but after talking with Audi of Jacksonville, they would have given a loaner until the car was fixed. It seems like the used car manager should probably look a little closer at the used cars to make sure this doesn't happen with the cars that keep being listed that can't be sold, as it really isn't that great of a business strategy. To end this, if you're reading this and planning on buying a certified used vehicle from this dealer, check the VIN yourself. I'd also like to reiterate how fantastic I was treated by Mat Duron, he kept me updated every step of the way, and was incredibly involved in overseeing the whole process. I would also like to praise the service department for receiving the part for the fix, and having the recall work completed the same day. Honestly, I'm staggered by their effort to correct the mistake they made, and I ended up a reasonably happy customer. However, it does not seem like the person listing the vehicles, or the used car manager is making any effort to avoid making this mistake again. More
