It took RBM of Atlanta over 8 weeks to fix one problem and in the process they broke other components. Then they damaged my car and when I complained they said they didn't want my business anymore. I ma and in the process they broke other components. Then they damaged my car and when I complained they said they didn't want my business anymore. I made several calls to the GM, Colin Harrison, who never called me back to try and resolve the situation. Safe to say my experience was a total disaster. More

Taylor Whitmire turned me into a Mercedes customer for life! First off, lets talk about how laid back this dealership is! For me this is very important because I do not respond well to high sell tactics. On top First off, lets talk about how laid back this dealership is! For me this is very important because I do not respond well to high sell tactics. On top of that when you walk in you are offered an assortment of drinks, snacks, etc. which is a nice touch. I came to this particular dealership because they had a specific vehicle I was interested in but I also needed a decent price on my trade-in vehicle. I was working through their online “makemydeal” which I particularly like because I could do everything through online communication. Colin asked that I come in so they could give a proper evaluation on my trade. As they did I met Taylor W. who took me for a test drive in the vehicle I wanted. I studied up on this vehicle before going but Taylor still managed to surprise me with new knowledge. After the drive I loved the vehicle (CLA 250) and was very impressed with all the features and the speed associated to this 2.0 engine (definitely has a lot of pick up). I told Taylor the figure I had in mind and Colin came in and was honest about what he could do without “haggling”. It was nice not to go back and forth for 30 mins. Once we agreed on price they detailed the vehicle and I was able to sign the papers in 15mins. In addition, the interest rate through Mercedes is very competitive. All-in-all I’ve never looked at Mercedes before but they are definitely attracting younger buyers and very reasonably priced with their options, much more so than BMW or Audi. Overall, this was such a nice experience and has made me a Mercedes man for life. I’ve owned many vehicles and have never had an experience like this to be completely honest. I will definitely send anyone in the market for a vehicle to this dealership! BTW, Taylor is the negotiator, educator, and facilitator…the man does it all! More

It was a pleasure purchasing from Gerry & Colin; I felt like I had double the attention as I bought my first car in many years from a dealership. It was just the kind of experience I appreciate - friendly, professional, knew the car, & were relaxed & easy to talk to. I went in knowing the specific car I wanted & they did not try to steer me elsewhere. Tom was great & explained things well, & the process was not long-winded. They gladly helped when I had questions after the purchase. Even though I live closer to another dealer I'll make the trip to RBM Atlanta for care & service. Needed to replace my 18 year old car and had decided to buy a nicer, loaded car as I hang on to them for years. I went to another MB dealer that just did not offer the excellent service Colin Harrison provided. Colin understood I don't make fast decisions, like to weigh my options, and do not like tons of follow up calls. He checked in frequently enough for me without being pushy or going for a hard sell. Once I decided to buy a 2014, he worked with me to find a car with the features that were on my must-have list and got me twice the discount the other dealer offered. He gave me enough information to get started on the gadgets in the car and at some point I know I will be able to call and ask for additional help on some of the details I have not yet figured out. Great car shopping and buying experience! More
