I was born and raised in Maurice, La. and became very familiar with the area and good culture of South Louisiana. When I am not at work, I love building computers and different software. Computers are one of my passions. After my time in the military, I became a mechanic here at Hampton Toyota. I was soon promoted to sales. I have been in the sales department for 3 years and sold over 500 vehicles. I enjoy selling cars which has helped me build a solid repeat and referral business. I look forward to assisting each and every person that visits our dealership.

before buying this tacoma from Hampton we purchased a 2018 rav-4 in 2018.this is why I wanted to go back to Hampton and buy my truck. the staff there went over and beyond to make the experience comfort 2018 rav-4 in 2018.this is why I wanted to go back to Hampton and buy my truck. the staff there went over and beyond to make the experience comfortable.upon ordering my truck my salesman Daniel told me how long it would take to get it to the dealership, and also let me know as it was progressing. I was very comfortable dealing with him. when it came in he call me and I came in and he sat in the truck with me and showed me all the function of the truck, and said to call or come in if I had any questions about the truck. very pleasent dealing with him. Our salesperson, Candace, was exceptionally helpful in clarifying the process, and taking extra time to make sure we understood the information we were being given and were on board. Our only poor experi clarifying the process, and taking extra time to make sure we understood the information we were being given and were on board. Our only poor experience was with the business manager, Charles, who used high-pressure sales technique and would not listen when we said multiple times we didn't want the extra packages during the signing of the documents. He also did not clarify well at all what we were signing. In general, all the other staff we met were very gracious and helpful. We would have given a 5-star review overall if not for the experience with the business part of the experience at the end. More

We have bought from Hampton Toyota before this was our second time. What started a little stressfull because of my ability to not decide, turned out Great! During test drive, the wind shield rubber molding flew away and I was informed that the windshield was improperly replaced which I wasn't informed before coming for test drive. The interior of the van was rough and had lost all the color. From 04/2020 till 05/2021 the vehicle was only driven 70 miles as reported by car fax. More
