stay away from this dealership! !!! so i bought a used car on sep26 , asked them if there was any problems with the car they said no that they had inspected it and it was in perfe !!! so i bought a used car on sep26 , asked them if there was any problems with the car they said no that they had inspected it and it was in perfect condition no mechanical problems or anything. they made me pay full price according to the value of the car because it was in perfect condition. so i drive it home white smoke is coming out at startup . i take it back 3 days later because it was the weekend. they try to fix it , same problem keeps happening, now the oil consumption is really bad 2 days and it almost burned all the oil. so i take it back they ordered the parts to fix it. they find metal in the oil pan, so now they say it needs a new engine. they get ahold of my extended warranty they go an inspect it , they approved the new engine. so tayler from the service department calls me with the price of how much everything is going to be, the extended warranty is only paying $20555 and the to total with labor and parts comes out to $25000. and yet to say i paid $23k for the vehicle??? i go talk to their sales manager to see how they can help. he literally told me you bought a car with a damaged engine now you have a loan with a non running car ,no help at all very rude person. they will do nothing at all to help you. so if your in the market for a car stay away from this dealership!!!!! they will take your money and do nothing to help you if you have any problems!! ive tried contacting the sales guy cole stewart! and he hasnt even replied to my messages!!!! More
