I am originally from Norman Oklahoma. I am a big outdoors guy. Anything with 4 wheels and an engine I am all about it! I have a Corgi named Linda who too enjoys hiking and swimming. People asked me why I sell Acura. I believe in the product for one. Acura is the luxury division of Honda which are know for the reliability,and low cost to own. I have a background in hospitality and that has truly helped me grow with in the car business. My number one goal is complete satisfaction with my guests. I do not only want to sell you the one vehicle, but look forward to selling you, your friends, and family many vehicles for years to come. I speak Spanish as well which makes it easy for me to reach even more clientele. I am passionate about cars and try to pass on my knowledge of not only Acuras, but any make and model that you may be interested in. I bought a two year old car. The purchase process was pretty painless. My only real issue is they gave me one Acura fob and and one cheap one without remote start function. I asked if they'd give me another Acura one with the remote start function and they said they aren't willing to do that. I then asked if they would program the fob and cut the key for me if I bought my own. They said they wouldn't do that either. My saled guy was good, and he was very nice. The customer service after hasn't been very good. More

As we reviewed the valuation of my current MDX and arrived at a fair trade-in value, Sean was very honest and transparent with the final figure. Regarding the new MDX, they worked with me on a solution that works for my budget. The vehicle looks great and I am excited to bring it home and begin driving it. This marks the 5th MDX I've purchased at Courtesy (the 4th with Sean) and even though I've evaluated other makes and models of vehicles, the ownership results I've experienced with the MDX, keeps me coming back to this vehicle and to this dealership.
