My initial experience when leasing the car was fine. Kelly was helpful and easy to work with. Service was acceptable through the lease. Near the end of the lease they emailed me to buy the car. I tried many times to call after the email and nobody answered their phone. I finally used Kelly’s cell. They said they would take the car early and it would be a wash. Then they called a day later to tell me I would have to pay a $1600 fee. I decided to accept even though they said it would cost nothing. I made arrangements to deliver the car and made arrangements with another dealer to buy their car. When I went in we signed the paperwork. I gave them the check. Then we went to sign the odometer statement and we were told they now couldn’t do the deal and I would have to buy out my remaining payments. I believe when you make a commitment, even a verbal commitment, you honor it. We will see if they honor theirs. Their sales manager Cole was very aggressive during the conversation. He clearly isn’t one who cares about building a customer for life. I lease two luxury cars every few years and go where I feel appreciated. A deal that was supposed to be an even deal, at their request, may now cost me $2600. Not ok. Update - after my initial review the sales manager, Cole, decided he didn’t like my review. So he said we shouldn’t do business together. Fair enough. I feel the same way. So I picked up my vehicle and now have two vehicles for the next two months. If you decide to do business with this organization make sure everything is in writing and don’t count on their word. More

Great place to buy I purchased a used F250 from Chloe, she was great to work with and the process was easy and fast. I also want to say thank you to Nick the service advisor that helped me with my service work he has gone above the call of duty to help with the repairs. Also would like to say thank you to the tech Eric he is one of the boots on the ground that does not receive much thanks form the guest.
