Bozard Ford Lincoln has always treated us excellent. Messed up my truck They worked on the sync system and messed it up and sent me home with a vehicle that the system will not turn off and now I will probably have a dead They worked on the sync system and messed it up and sent me home with a vehicle that the system will not turn off and now I will probably have a dead battery. When I went to the dealership the sales agents are playing ping-pong and the service agents are playing grab xxx instead of doing their jobs. stay away from this dealership. Never had this problem with Nissan or Toyota More

Someone dropped the ball I called to make an appointment for as dealer recall , tire rotation and an oil change. I was told that the process would probably take about half a d I called to make an appointment for as dealer recall , tire rotation and an oil change. I was told that the process would probably take about half a day. I scheduled the work to be done by the night shift which was convenient. Returning the next morning I found that someone had dropped the ball, the work was not completed. I was advised that they would get someone right on it and that it wouldn't take too long. (what about the half day) The work was completed in less then an hour and I was ready to go. Before leaving I was resetting the info center on the dash and it read that my tires had 25 lbs. pressure so I returned and they filled them up. I kinda wonder if all the work was completed properly. This is the first time I've ever had an issue, typically I give them a 5 rating. Sorry. More

Last two experiences at Bozard had very poor customer service. Octavia, customer service manager, never returned my phone call. My car info message said “engine fluids at Bozard had very poor customer service. Octavia, customer service manager, never returned my phone call. My car info message said “engine fluids low” needs service. When I arrived at service center, employee didn’t look up and when she did, she didn’t say anything. I said hello first. When I explained about the light, she asked what I would like to do. I asked her what I should do. She asked if I had checked the car. Then she asked if I wanted fluid added. I asked her if that was all it needed and she said probably not if it was low. I said I did want an appt so she called a number and hands me the phone. I had to start all over with name, etc . who then asked me the same questions if I had checked the car, etc. I scheduled an appt to have it checked because this problem was a recall which I had done earlier. I also asked for an oil change, check and rotate. I picked up the car and no window washer fluid. I had the same thing happen last time. The last time people were not friendly except the guy who is a greeter and tries to help without a lot of cooperation from the service people. That time one of the men at a front desk used the “f” word loud enough that I heard it. I used to think it was the best customer service. There used to be a very efficient person at the desk. I think his name was Alex, great example of customer service from my experiences. Also the English driver is very customer service oriented. But, I honestly came home and started looking for a different car to purchase soon. These two experiences were at the main service area not the quick lube More

Good Communication Took my truck in for service and to do two recalls...
