Everyone was very helpful and kind starting with Jeff Allen in sales, Don Smith the sakes manager, Jim Hahn the service manager, and Cody Wagner in service. I bought a used Honda Odyssey at this Toyota d Allen in sales, Don Smith the sakes manager, Jim Hahn the service manager, and Cody Wagner in service. I bought a used Honda Odyssey at this Toyota dealership. The back hatch would not open and I was told they would fix it. It took over a month and a half to fix. They covered the whole cost of the repair including having a Honda dealership finally repairing it. More

So far, I've replaced my battery, not covered, found Rust, being evaluated currently. My cruise dosent work. I keep getting errors on my dash to see the dealer. Not happy. After getting acquainted with Andrew Toyota, I was shown excellent customer service and support including follow-up after the vehicle was purchased and serviced. There is also a shuttle service offered during vehicle servicing if the vehicle is needed to be kept an extended period of time, as in more than a couple of hours. More

I’m generally happy with the service I receive. , however, there was a mistake recently when I needed to replace one of my rear view side mirror covers. I was told that the part was in and I arrive , however, there was a mistake recently when I needed to replace one of my rear view side mirror covers. I was told that the part was in and I arrived for my scheduled service. Once there I was told that the part wasn’t in and had to wait another week for the replacement. I feel that someone should be checking to make sure that customers don’t arrive if the parts aren’t in. This in no way reflects on the service desk staff and on how they treat me. More
