If you want to be taken care of, come here I was so impressed that Cody was open to bringing the car I wanted to their location so I could have it. When he found out the other dealer was not ab I was so impressed that Cody was open to bringing the car I wanted to their location so I could have it. When he found out the other dealer was not able to swat due to the pandemic, Cody worked expeditiously to find me another vehicle. Originally, I was looking at the 2019 Toyota Highlander to purchase. However, Cody along with Angie made it possible for me to walk away with a 2020 Toyota Highlander instead. I got more than what I bargained for as a customer and it fits the needs of my family. I am so grateful! I was also impressed with how Angie broke down things for me to make sure I understood all the details. I asked a lot of questions and Angie very informative. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and informative. I had several questions, and he was always quick to answer them and never seemed to be bothered by all of my inquiries. My father is an employee of Toyota, so I had several dealerships to choose from (since the employee discount would allow for the same price at any dealer) but from the initial interactions with Cody, I knew I wanted to keep the alliance with him and give him my business. He and Matt negotiated a fair price for my trade in, and Cody worked fast to get me the exact color/model of car I was looking for. He is an excellent communicator, not pushy (nor annoying like some car sales people can be), and he truly deserves an award for putting up with my mother and I. We greatly appreciated his help, kindness, knowledge and perseverance through my car buying process. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy a Toyota! Angie Murdaugh was also extremely wonderful during the financial portion of my purchase process. Great experience Cody went out of his way coming in on his day off to show us all the whistles and bells on our new Rav 4.
