The process of the choosing and financing was very good, my salesman was great, everything went smooth until, the prep of the vehicle, It took 3+ hours to deliver vehicle to me while I waited. There was an my salesman was great, everything went smooth until, the prep of the vehicle, It took 3+ hours to deliver vehicle to me while I waited. There was an issue with voltage, I understand that it needs to leave perfect, but as soon as I was doing paperwork, they should of started the prep. Other than that, everyone were completely professional and understanding of my frustration. but all and all I would tell people to go to your dealership. Thank you for the deal and I really do like the RAM!!! More
