He took the time even though the dealership was very busy. We traded our other car and the appraisal was fair and what we felt the car was worth. Thank you to all the staff from the cashier all the way to the showroom receptionist! If there was a complaint it was the size and space of the dealership. It was cramped and lacked the privacy we would have liked when considering this purchase. More
