Our experience was great! We are so happy with our new Telluride. Jordan Roach was courteous and helpful. He made the buying process seamless. He answered every call and text We are so happy with our new Telluride. Jordan Roach was courteous and helpful. He made the buying process seamless. He answered every call and text immediately and was genuinely trying to get us the best deal possible. Ricardo the finance manager was friendly and answered our many questions. He took the time even though the dealership was very busy. We traded our other car and the appraisal was fair and what we felt the car was worth. Thank you to all the staff from the cashier all the way to the showroom receptionist! If there was a complaint it was the size and space of the dealership. It was cramped and lacked the privacy we would have liked when considering this purchase. More

They ordered the wrong part color which is a rookie mistake. They didn’t detail my car as instructed red by the manager. This whole location is a mess and I will do my best not to come back. mistake.
