The experience of buying a new car after 12 years of owning my Mazda was better than I had anticipated. I had known how awesome the service team was due to past experience so I was eager to continue my owning my Mazda was better than I had anticipated. I had known how awesome the service team was due to past experience so I was eager to continue my relationship with Flood Mazda. Matt was so friendly, kind, and helpful. When he didn't know an answer (due to being somewhat new to the dealership), his colleague, Anthony, stepped in to clarify and explain things in a supportive manner. They made a great team! When I decided on the car and came in to pick it up, Matt took his time to carefully get me up to speed with my new car. Cody made the paperwork seamless. The dealership lobby was very clean, well appointed and added to the overall excellent experience. Thank you all and keep up the great work! More

This dealership had a lot of issues when handling my out of state purchase. It was not a pleasant experience from waiting awkwardly for at minimum 40 minutes for the finance manager when there were no other of state purchase. It was not a pleasant experience from waiting awkwardly for at minimum 40 minutes for the finance manager when there were no other customers around and close to closing. It felt like he didn't want my business at all. The listed odometer was wrong by a 100 miles on my paperwork after I checked the odometer once it arrived. The finance manager just said oh typo. They forgot to take my down payment, even after I had signed all the paperwork confirming they received it. I had to remind the salesman before I left because I didn't want to have problems or more delays later since this was an out of state purchase. They forgot to add all of my insurance information when submitting my information to get my car registration which delayed its delivery. The finance manager said it was the car salesman fault that he didn't include it and he himself didn't check. No apology or other attempt to make up for the delay. Finally they told me it would be detailed and delivered the next day. The car was clearly not detailed when it arrived, brown smudges on white leather seats, stains on the driver's visor, dirt and debris in the door frames etc and the license plates didn't even have 4 screws securing it, only 2 screws on each the front and back plate. The finance manager offered to take it back to get it detailed due to my complaint, but after experiencing their delays and other issues, I didn't want to go back. Overall, at this car dealership there was no attention to detail or great customer service. My salesman was nice and well intentioned, but not knowledgeable about the car purchasing process. I would not return to this dealership or recommend it to others. More

I changed my mind on three different cars! Anthony DeAngelis was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a great time with him picking the right car for me and ended up with the CX30 Premium Plus Turbo. If I didn't buy one now...when would I. I will be 80 soon! My car is Deep Crystal Blue Mica...its a beauty! And the Graphene + Ceramic Technology makes it shine like a star!! Anthony said I can visit him anytime for help with the computer system. Russ Cunha is a top notch General Manager. Cody Harvey great help too. I highly recommend Flood Mazda. More

As someone who makes their living in sales, I am very picky about who I work with when it comes to any purchase. I am always completely turned off by a high-pressure, sales approach. Having visited sever picky about who I work with when it comes to any purchase. I am always completely turned off by a high-pressure, sales approach. Having visited several dealerships of all brands in the last few months, I found an abundance of pushy-ness coupled with an intense lack of industry knowledge. Some people wouldn't share any numbers with me and all of them neglected to listen to what I wanted/needed. All of them kept me in the dealership way too long. By a strange happenstance, my internet search for a specific car led me to Flood Mazda's website. After a brief phone call with Jason that probably lasted all of 20/30 minutes, I was able to get more information than I was able to get at all the other dealerships I visited in the previous four months combined. He was able to place me into a superior trim than what I was even hoping for without changing the payment I anticipated. He was genuine in his approach and in conversation, tenacious in his desire to find a car that was the right fit for me and gentle enough to not push and he wasn't the only one. Everyone I interacted with had the same knowledge and work ethic. In a day and a half, I drove my new car home. More importantly, I had an easy and amazing experience. I have come to expect mediocre service and disappointment lately as it is so very hard to find quality customer service these days and it is almost impossible to also find competency, but this crew has both down to a science. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Mazda team to anyone and with my standards, that's saying a lot. More
