I still love my Kia, but today the service desk really let me down. I went in to let them know that someone there (Cody) had finally figured out what was causing my key fobs to fail when trying to open th let me down. I went in to let them know that someone there (Cody) had finally figured out what was causing my key fobs to fail when trying to open the car doors (in the same pants pocket with my iPhone and the magnet was interfering). So I had some good news to share! I went in, and only one guy, Zach, was at his desk. He looked up and acknowledged me while finishing with a customer, saying he'd "be right with me." I waited for paperwork to be printed and signed. I stood alone, waiting, so I figured I could run to the restroom really quickly. When I got back, two other people had come in and were waiting by the doors. Dammit, when Zach finished up, he went to one of the others instead of telling them that I had already been waiting. Finally, other service reps begin trickling in... first Carlos (who told me "hello") and then Kevin and Shawn. Neither of the latter said or made eye contact with me. After waiting longer, the next customer was asked to approach one of the other rep's desks. There were just two customers and four representatives, but still no one asked to help me. So I walked out. I swear, I'll still buy a Kia but I will travel to the Round Rock location after buying FOUR from this dealership. These men must know who I am (key fob guy) and perhaps it's why no one bothered to offer assistance? More

These guys really have the stellar customer service thing down! I cannot say enough great things about Cody and Daniel! Both these guys were so kind. I had a bit of an emergency situation where my seatbelt c down! I cannot say enough great things about Cody and Daniel! Both these guys were so kind. I had a bit of an emergency situation where my seatbelt completely locked up. Both Cody and Daniel showed legitimate concern for my situation as obviously it was a safety concern. And even though my brand of car typically requires the company car maker for repairs and my car was not a Kia, they were willing to help me and fix the issue so that I did not have to drive around anymore with a non working seatbelt. The issue was fixed in a very short time and their communication with me was incredible! On top of it, they saved me hundreds of dollars. So impressed with every level of service I received from everyone in their service department and would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks Kia of North Austin Service Department! More

I normally am wary about buying vehicles, but Hannah and the team at Kia of North Austin did an amazing job! She was patient with me, answered all my questions, and was definitely not like the typical sale the team at Kia of North Austin did an amazing job! Kia of North Austin is the best in Austin, I have friends that bought cars from, Toyota, Nissan & Honda, They dont compare to Kia. How Kia takes care of a customer. I have been getting my Kia serviced f that bought cars from, Toyota, Nissan & Honda, They dont compare to Kia. How Kia takes care of a customer. I have been getting my Kia serviced for almost 6 yrs. The whole team is great, Sales. Service, finance, and the cashiers know me by name. WILLS always told me, when you are ready for a new car, come see me. In 3 hours, we had made a deal. They are great team. WILLS is the salesman to get the job done. I had a very easy car buying experience. I will never cheat on the team. We are a family after all these years. Wills is the salesman that gets the mission completed. From Sales. Finance, Service, & Cashiers. They all are awesome Wills-Sales...Richard-Finance..Vickie & Hannah, Cody & Daniel in service. Sebastian went above and beyond to provide us with a great experience on the first car for our Son. He made sure the missing clips on the front bumper were taken care of even when another employee thoug great experience on the first car for our Son.
