I purchased a vehicle with several issues and they aren't willing to fix them even though they are a dangerous hazard to me. They agreed to fix a few things but not everything and left me holding the bag. Th willing to fix them even though they are a dangerous hazard to me. They agreed to fix a few things but not everything and left me holding the bag. The major things wrong will cost me hundreds to have fixed. They lied about having ordered my parts they agreed to fix. They assured me they had ordered them when they had not done so. They said they would be in the following week when that was a lie because when I showed up they said they needed to take pictures to order the parts. They still haven't contacted me and it's been over 2 months. Cody Brown and Ryan Cowley were great but the office manager was not nice or helpful at all. He doesn't care about customers at all. And it's funny they send me a request to review the service center when they haven't touched my vehicle at all!!!! Don't trust the used car lot because they don't care and are dishonest. More
