Solid experience purchasing my new vehicle I was looking for a Ford Escape and specifically went to Suburban to look at a 2015 that I ultimately ended up purchasing. Lance was my salesperson and was a good guy all around. Came in on a Saturday and had my vehicle that week on Thursday. Car runs great. Only thing I would say is my loan officer had an issue with the wire transfer information he was given as the routing number was incorrect. Correspondence was a little slow with my loan officer as well. Just a few small thing though as my experience was good overall. Would definitely recommend them. More

They fixed the delivery problems Don and Cody assured that the front grill was replaced because the car came from Ohio with a license in front. And, the scratch on delivery was repair Don and Cody assured that the front grill was replaced because the car came from Ohio with a license in front. And, the scratch on delivery was repaired by the body shop. Don was very friendly and patient. Don helped teach me the new technology which I was unfamiliar with and took the time to answer my questions. Also the day after taking the car home he called to see how the drive home in the car went. JB More

My odd request of a personal undercarriage inspection of the vehicle was met with a yes and expedient mobilization of service staff to meet my request. Such treatment made haggling difficult as I was already getting everthing I wanted. I wouldn’t hesitate to make Toyota of Farmington a first stop when looking for another vehicle. More

He answered all of my questions and was patient with me. No pressure at all. Ryan in finance made the paperwork aspect easy and painless. He shared with me the benefits of GAP insurance and how important it can be. I didn't want my payment to go up but I also don't want to be in a situation that I'm paying for something I don't have. BUYER BEWARE!!! My wife and I purchased a M Benz CLK 550 from this dealership in late Dec....After 2 weeks of ownership the check engine light came on. Per my salesma My wife and I purchased a M Benz CLK 550 from this dealership in late Dec....After 2 weeks of ownership the check engine light came on. Per my salesman Robert, suggested that I bring the vehicle into the service dept. After speaking with the service manager (Ryan) instructed me to take the vehicle into my local M Benz dealership to address the problems which I did. After the vehicle was inspected by M. Benz of Ann Arbor (Michigan), I was informed that repairs would total $6,000.00. After a meeting with Robert and Cody it was suggested by Cody ( Sales Manager), that we trade the vehicle in which my wife didn't want to do. The following day I spoke with my salesperson Robert and asked if I or he could request some monetary assistance with the repairs. I attempted to contact Cody but my calls and or request for assistance went UNANSWERED...Sorry to say I would not buy a stick of gum let alone a car from this dealership, with this type of customer service....At the very least they could have offered to pay something towards the repairs....the car 2007 M. Benz had only 27,000 miles on it. The BG vehicle warranty did not cover the items which needed repairs. More
