I just bought a Ford Bronco Sport from Jeff Dawson at Ford of Franklin! I love it! I had scheduled to test drive a used Ford Bronco Sport, however when I got to the dealership, I asked if I could test dr Ford of Franklin! I love it! I had scheduled to test drive a used Ford Bronco Sport, however when I got to the dealership, I asked if I could test drive a 2024 model instead. He was very helpful in agreeing to do it without hesitation. In past experiences with car dealerships, I have felt pushed into buying, however Jeff didn't make me feel this way at all. He went with the flow, and I greatly appreciated him not making me feel like a number. I also love Ford of Franklin because they offer Lifetime Powertrain Warranties on all New vehicles. Some used vehicles also have the Lifetime Powertrain warranty. Jeff was very professional and helpful during my visit with him. I would highly recommend him for your next vehicle purchase! Found car on internet and called and talked with Jordan and told him I was interested in the Ford Explorer Hybrid. I told him I was waiting on some money from stock I sold and should get next week. He said and told him I was interested in the Ford Explorer Hybrid. I told him I was waiting on some money from stock I sold and should get next week. He said would call next week and would not bug me which he didn’t. My wife and me went a couple days later but Jordan wasn’t there so Clyde showed us the car and worked up figures. Didn’t have to sign anything. Money came next week so Jordan and Clyde both met with us. Purchased car. Never had a better experience in purchasing a car. Never felt pressured! Jordan showed us how everything works. The next day got a special delivery of cookies and a yeti like drinking cup for thanks! More
