I would give this dealer no star at all if I could. I was there to buy a Highlander. I was standing there with my wife and two kids, They didn't offer any sit. 23 minutes later someone showed up. My best car purchasing experience, ever! It is my habit to buy a new car and keep it until it is no longer economical to run. This philosophy is partly born of my loathe of the car buying rigamarole which I have experienced in my 42 years of driving both the Honda and Toyota brand. The ultimate outcome of these stressful experiences has been that both Honda and Toyota brand vehicles were a delight to own, providing me with reliable and safe transportation which is uncomplicated and fun! In October I set about to purchase a much needed new car... dreading the process. On the day that I met Clyde Alleyne at Atlantic Toyota my attitude regarding purchasing a new car was transformed. He was engaging and warm, applied no pressure, and answered all of my questions in a straightforward, informative manner. We took a test drive in the exact RAV4 XLE I would eventually purchase. Clyde was calm, encouraging, and generous with his time. I had the need for some adaptations to my new car, which required considerable research and effort on Clyde's part. He took extra care to see to it that my needs were met. Clyde is the best kind of salesperson; direct, informed, considerate, approachable and patient. I actually went to Atlantic Toyota for an oil change on my 2017 Corolla and bought the 2012 while waiting for my car to be serviced. More
