Great sales experience. The Service Department is absolutely joke. Worst consumer experience ever. My 27 month old 2021 Ram Rebel, with under 10,00 miles, broke down 3 times The Service Department is absolutely joke. Worst consumer experience ever. I walked into service last Friday, to have my 2018 Jeep Wrangler serviced for routine service. Saw a 2022 Rubicon on the lot and thanks to Devin and Michael Raymond, purchased it and drove it home the next Wrangler serviced for routine service. I have purchased four Jeep's at Bonneville over the years. I also want to comment on the service department, Mark Dickerson and his team do an excellent job, that also keeps me coming back. This is my fourth Dodge Ram that I have purchased from Bonneville since 2005. They never disappoint when I am looking to purchase a new vehicle. From their service department to their quick oil change dep Bonneville since 2005. They never disappoint when I am looking to purchase a new vehicle. From their service department to their quick oil change department everything is very professional. This is the second Ram that I have been sold to me by Patrick Walsh. He is an excellent Salesperson. He knows what I need and has provided it. My Flight Instructor Doug has also bought Ram Trucks from Him and told me how much hew lkes dealing with Pat. More

Absolutely the worst customer service in the industry. I went in to have warranty work done in order to pass inspection. My car came with a lifetime warranty which on paper sounds great until they give you went in to have warranty work done in order to pass inspection. My car came with a lifetime warranty which on paper sounds great until they give you every excuse why things aren’t actually covered. This time I called Chrysler directly myself to check on a particular job only to find out that the service tech never actually asked for coverage on it. They, the dealership that is, are the ones that decide how the part has “failed”. After telling me that to replace a simple light wire housing would cost over $250 I said no thanks I will pick the car back up. Got to the dealership and was told that I owed $260 for diagnostic work. What?! You didn’t do anything, I already had that wire out and sitting on the passenger seat. The other work that I had them check for warranty coverage did not require anything more than putting it up on a lift to evaluate the same way my mechanic that sent me there did. The service manager heard me refusing to pay the $260 and I stated that I have a deductible of $150. He went in his office, looked up my history and said I will charge you just the $130 for half of the labor time to which I agreed. He then tells me that when I receive the survey of service from Chrystler to give them 10 stars. I replied, not a chance. I caught you in a lie, you are way over charging me, and this is not the first time with horrible service I have had here. He then gets in my face, literally and tells me that the only time I come in is for warranty work and he knows for a fact that I go elsewhere for oil changes. Well yeah, I’m not dumb and I won’t be ripped off. He continued to argue with me and when I told him to go back to his office (and yes I swore) he came back out in my face and said “what did you say to me?” I replied, what are you going to do, hit me? And he said you’re not worth the time. I may be a woman but I’m not stupid and I won’t tolerate being screwed over. Mind you you they have in past service work on my vehicle had my car in and out of the garage for three solid months. I grew up in the car industry and I can honestly say this is by far the worst customer service department there is in NH Traveling the extra 30 minutes to another Mopar dealer will be my pleasure More
