Hi, my name is Cleva Ault and I have been a Finance Manager with Scottsdale Lexus since 1999. I was born in Austin Texas and raised in the beautiful mountain ranges of Colorado where I started my career in the automobile industry in 1983. I have been in the financial services office with Toyota and Lexus brands since moving to the valley in 1990 and it is truly rewarding to work for such an amazing company. When I am away from work, I love spending time in the back yard with my husband or curling up with a good book. (King, Koontz and Grisham are awesome.) I have three wonderful grown sons and the light of my life is my little grandson who gives the entire family all exercise and laughter we can handle!

I’ve dealt with other dealerships in the past and I’m usually not a fan of them, given their super pushy salespeople and usually they don’t really ask the right questions to help me find the right vehicl usually not a fan of them, given their super pushy salespeople and usually they don’t really ask the right questions to help me find the right vehicle for me. At Earnhardt Lexus, I was able to work with David who dedicated a lot of time towards helping me find my first Lexus vehicle. David was very patient, and I never felt that he was pushing me. Now, a few years later I wanted to upgrade to a larger vehicle to fit my lifestyle. We looked at dozens of cars of various models, and I was amazed at how knowledgeable David was about every single model and their features. David did a fantastic job of getting to know me personally. He even remembered details from when he met me years ago! Because of his help, I was able to find a beautiful RX 350. The process was very easy, and David and team took care of everything for me. I live right next to another Lexus dealership but I will continue to drive 30 miles to Earnhardt Lexus because they truly care about their customers AND the vehicles we own. More

Great dealership but wish for more attention to the deal The dealership is bright and clean and large in size. I knew them when they were on McDowell before they moved to their current location. Plus I had friends that bought from them as well. Regardless, on the to the details. Tom was helpful but because I could only make it to the dealership later in the day it seemed that at times I was an inconvenience. He hurried through the paperwork process so there were numerous errors that required to be fixed and it appeared that he just wanted to call it a day and go home. This wasn't just one day but 3 days of interaction. Even the negotiations didn't turn out well since there were items that stated it was for "X" when it really wasn't and I even knew that since I've purchased 11 cars prior to this one. Lastly, during finance I asked questions in particular about what the Lexus Platinum Warranty covers since it stated that it didn't cover a particular item and Brandon reassured me that it was cover and went through lengths stating the part was covered. After the deal was done I called Lexus Financial only to find out that I was right and the part is NOT covered. The warranty still presented value so I'm not returning it but I felt misled about the transaction and fine details. More
