So I bought a car back in January 2024. The experience with Cleo was fine. My dad went with me and we talked numbers before moving forward with anything else. However meeting Jack, the finance person was a disaster. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle in the state of SC. It would have been nice to know a few important things. I did not receive my registration in time and I did not receive a bill for my vehicle taxes. Fast forward, I had to make several trips to the DMV to get things straightened out. Total inconvenience. The DMV and Tax Auditors office BOTH stated that this was a dealer error because the correct address could have been put on the paperwork. As a first time buyer, it would have been nice to know that after 120 days the vehicle taxes would be due so I’d expect a bill. I received a letter stating that my license and registration would be suspended, never a bill. When I went to the dealership to find out what to do, of course Jack made it seem like it was no big deal and no fault of the dealership. $609 later things were resolved. However, I feel like I should have just done business elsewhere where I would have been valued and appreciated. Also, today July 27, 2024 I had my car serviced for the second time since I purchased it. When I had my car serviced back in April no fluid was put in my windshield wipers. So I had to mention that this go round. Joshua told me that my car was ready, I had to walk outside to my car. I’ve been utilizing this dealership since 2017, never happened. Then after opening the door to leave, the bag was still on the seat, the number was still on my mirror and the foot paper was still in the car. The back inside was wet as if the window was down when the car went through the car wash or maybe the window was down while the car was outside and it rain got in. Who knows? Then, when I drove off warnings came up showing that my tire pressure was low. I turned around and went back. The person I saw when I got back told me this was normal. How is it normal if I just got my car serviced and my tires needed air? Joshua never acknowledged me returning either, he just went on about his business. So the guy in charge (black guy, the only one) put air in my tires and reset everything for me. He was very helpful, the ONLY person who took time to help me as I was definitely frustrated. Then the caps for the air on the tires were no longer on there; I had all but one when I arrived. The guy in charge, also replaced those when I mentioned it. If I did not have lifetime oil changes, due to purchasing my new vehicle, I would not go here anymore. More

When we arrived (we drove 3. 5 hours to this dealership) we had an issue with our sale/car we agreed on. However, both the sales person and the sales manager went above and beyon 5 hours to this dealership) we had an issue with our sale/car we agreed on. However, both the sales person and the sales manager went above and beyond to rectify the situation and we walked out with a new Pilot as very happy customers! The entire process was simple and the finance guy made it even easier. Would drive again to use this dealership. More
