Correcting mistakes of another's work Today was the first time visiting this dealership that I felt valued as a customer and that what I needed was actually taken care of. Previous to this experience I was fed up with Lithia Dodge and was ready to call it quits with being patient. These gentlemen made all the difference and actually fixed my problem! Thank you so much! Worst dealership in the valley This is my review Worst dealership in the valley!! The service department is HORRIBLE!!! Terrible customer service!!! I walked into the service depart This is my review Worst dealership in the valley!! The service department is HORRIBLE!!! Terrible customer service!!! I walked into the service department, not one employee said anything to me. I had to walk up to an employee to ask for the person I needed to speak to, only to be “pointed” in their direction. The employee said nothing. I was told I would receive a call as to what was wrong with my car and when it would be ready for pick up. I never received a call. When trying to call the service department, I was transferred to the wrong department and placed on hold several times, just to be told my car won’t be ready until Monday. I then was placed on hold a few more times for a manager to tell me if I can or cannot get a rental car. Only to be told I will be charged for the rental, if the issues with my car isn’t “Chrysler’s fault”. After speaking with the manager, I was still told I would have to pay for the rental. I left in tears. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience!!!! More

Took 2 days instead of a week! As this is the only Dodge dealership in our town, I have used them alot during my ownership of my vehicle. I have usually had good experience with ser As this is the only Dodge dealership in our town, I have used them alot during my ownership of my vehicle. I have usually had good experience with service, but have only used it for oil changes in the past. This time my Durango died and would not start. I had it towed to the dealership. Later that day I spoke with Clayton, Srv Mng, and he assured me he would do everything he could to get my car taken care of as soon as possible. The next day I spoke with Jason, Srv Adv, and he called me back before the end of the day, to let me know that my car was done. We had a small hiccup the next morning when my car wouldn't start. But Shane, Srv Tech, stepped in and immediately took care of the issue and my car was ready to go within a few hours (there were some tests he ran to be sure he had fixed the issue). All and all, a great experience and great service. Everyone was very helpful. I truly appreciated getting my car back so quickly. Thank you!! More

2002 Dakota coolant leak Hayden, Clayton and the mechanic, Kim, were very accommodating. The leak was tough to diagnose but Kim found and fixed the problem, intake manifold g Hayden, Clayton and the mechanic, Kim, were very accommodating. The leak was tough to diagnose but Kim found and fixed the problem, intake manifold gasket. Gave me a loner car which was much appreciated and came to my rescue when the battery in the truck went dead after I picked it up the second time. They did a load test on the battery and found it was toast, gave me a good deal on a new battery. I am a very pleased customer. More
