Quick and easy, in and out. Setup the appointment, went in at assigned time. Waited for 30 minutes after checking in and all was done. Quickly, efficiently, professionally and good work. From the service person, to the mechanic, to paying my bill, all those who helped me were courteous and professional. Reason we have bought 4 vehicles from Beck Toyota!!! More

We are traveling and far from home. We stopped in hoping for a reasonable wait time after our Maintenance light came on indicating an oil change was needed sooner than we anticipated an We stopped in hoping for a reasonable wait time after our Maintenance light came on indicating an oil change was needed sooner than we anticipated and the low tire light came on. Both service bay men were exceptionally polite and accommodating. We were told it would be a 90 min wait but were then very pleasantly surprised when told our car was ready after just 30 min! Thank you so much to all the staff we encountered!! Excellent customer service!! More

I was greeted immediately by Kathi Puckett who was returning to the service area from out front. She directed me to the associate who could help me. Clay processed my arrival, ushered me into the wa returning to the service area from out front. She directed me to the associate who could help me. Clay processed my arrival, ushered me into the waiting area and soon returned to explain the service work that was done on my Corolla. Thank you for a terrific service team and for getting me back on the road again so quickly! More
