I drive it from Cincinnati to Dallas twice/year - I really look forward to the trips as the BMW is, indeed, fun to drive. So, it was natural that, when I decided to lose my 2010 RAV4 and get another SUV, I would turn back to Clay Moorehead at BMW of Cincinnati North and look at certified pre-owned X3s. When I learned that the X3 I wanted was sold, Clay helped me find one, even better, that clearly exceeded my expectations at a fair, affordable price point - what's not to like? Again, the purchasing experience was pleasant, straightforward, and very accommodating. Tony was very helpful getting the paperwork - and clearly explained the many warranty options available; I bought an extended warranty that I wanted. I really liked the delivery experience as well. Not to be forgotten, Tyler Schmidt is aptly placed to cheerfully explain (and explain again, if needed) the many new electronic features in this 2017 X3 that my 2011 335d didn't have. Although I've been in IT for 40 years, this X3 has a number of useful, new features I will want to use. I drove home - again - a very pleased customer. Thank you, BMW of Cin North! More

I was undecided about trading in my car when I went in, and he patiently set up test drives with a couple different models and made sure I understood the technology available for each. When I finally made a decision, I ended up leasing instead of buying, bought a different car than the one I had originally intended, and Clay dealt with all of these changes with a smile. I purposely went back to the dealership to work with him, as I knew I would be treated fairly and it would be a great experience. More

They made buying a car what it should have been; fun. I was a first time car buyer, and when your first car you're looking at is a BMW, it gets a little daunting. I did what any other millennial would d I was a first time car buyer, and when your first car you're looking at is a BMW, it gets a little daunting. I did what any other millennial would do and started online when I found a car I liked. I ended up texting the dealership about the car, which led to an appointment with a gentleman named Clay. I believe he is also in charge of online sales as well. He was formal, polite, and hospitable. When we first met, he asked me what I'm looking for in a car, and came up with a few options at various price points and just like that I was on the road test driving some cars. Now unfortunately I didn't qualify for the first car I was eyeing due to my new credit, so he and a gentleman named Tony worked with various banks to qualify me for a loan. I even did some searching on my own, and their rate was better than anything I've found AND they even offered to refinance! Clay made the entire experience fun. He says "That's how it should be" and it resonated with me the entire time. It was fun, and it wasn't intimidating. I never felt like I was being cheated out of anything nor did it feel like the stereotype of what car dealerships are like. If I knew anyone in the market, I would recommend Clay every time. 10/10 More

Easier Than Buying a Swimsuit! I am pregnant with our 1st child. We knew a newer car was in our future as our BMW 325 is too small for a carseat and the other car is nearing 200,000 I am pregnant with our 1st child. We knew a newer car was in our future as our BMW 325 is too small for a carseat and the other car is nearing 200,000 miles. In all honesty we had our hearts set on a Land Rover Discovery, but in a last minute decision we decided to look at the X1,X3,&X5 model BMW. We did not look at said models at BMW Cincinnati but other dealerships. After our test drive at another dealership we knew what we wanted, but narrowing down the price and options was the trick. Neither my husband nor I wanted lots of options, just something simple and safe. We found the car we wanted in DC and were on our way to pick it up when we heard about BMW of Cincinnati. After finding a model that best fit our needs we called and offered a price we were comfortable with. Turns out, BMW of Cincinnati was comfortable with our price as well. Clay walked us through the process over the phone and when we arrived, 2 days later, our vehicle was waiting for us all papers ready to go. We didn't have to haggle, we didn't have to wait for HOURS, we just walked in, signed, learned a little about our new ride and were on our way. We hadn't even looked at the car in person until the day we arrived, but felt comfortable with our interactions. This honestly was the BEST buying experience ever- it was easier buying this vehicle than purchasing a swimsuit or a pair of jeans! We have told everyone to check out BMW of Cincinnati, even if they aren't in the market for a BMW. The service, generosity, and down right human to human interaction is what makes this dealership stand out. We will be back - for our next BMW, post baby! Maybe I'll get my convertible then!!! More

Attention to detail was apparent throughout the entire building. The atmosphere felt like a family reunion. Hugs instead of handshakes would have felt appropriate. The knowledge of the staff was second to none. Clay Moorhead was exceptional. He introduced us to anyone we would need to interact with for any service appointments. Would highly recommend BMW of Cincinnati North to anyone thinking about a BMW purchase. More

Even though I live 280 miles away, Clay Moorhead worked with me on the phone and via email to put together a deal in just one day. I drove up to Cincinnati and was greeted like an old friend. The delivery experience was top-notch; all of the paperwork was ready for signature, the car was spotless, and the end-to-end transaction time was just an hour. Clay is a consummate professional; he has contacted me several times after delivery to ensure that I am happy, even though I live in a different time zone. I highly recommend this dealership (this is my 13th BMW!), and urge you to contact Clay to arrange your next purchase. More
