Because of the high demand for the car I was absolutely delighted with the experience of ordering and buying my 2018 M2 from BMW of Cincinnati North. Because of the high demand for the car, I got on the waiting list in May 2017 and my car was delivered in March 2018. However, Clay and the BMW staff kept me informed and up-to-date on my car's status every step of the way, answered all of my questions quickly and accurately, and exceeded my every expectation. (it is definitely a new word that should be used to mean above-and-beyond service). He made me feel important and special and beloved all rolled together. Jeff and Mike rounded out the team with which I worked, and together they made the customer experience amazing. Jeff even came in on his day off to finalize the sale the next day and make sure everything went smoothly. I am definitely a customer for life at BMW of Cincinnati North! More

Also, and understanding that the car was a Demo car with miles, but I think the car could have been better prepared for our pick-up and not have items that require a return visit to get repaired. Great customer service Wow! I am currently driving a new 2017 X5 from BMW of Cincinnati North. This is my third BMW from this dealership. In the past, I purchased an X3; mos Wow! I am currently driving a new 2017 X5 from BMW of Cincinnati North. This is my third BMW from this dealership. In the past, I purchased an X3; most recently, I have leased two X5s. I love the X5! It’s the perfect size for my needs. I rely on the safety features as well as the vehicle’s outstanding performance. The look and size of the car has kept me coming back to it. While the car is outstanding, the primary reason I return to this dealership is working with Clay Moorhead, Internet Sales Manager. I found Clay to be friendly, knowledgeable and honest in his dealings with me. He has great patience, as I tend to ask a lot of questions. Clay spent a good deal of time with me when I bought my first X3. When I was ready for the next step up, Clay guided me through my options. I took a loaner X5 for the weekend and was sold on it! Clay is more than a sales manager to me, he’s become a trusted friend. I will continue to work with him in the future. My brother has also purchased 2 BMWs from Clay – we think he’s great! I also want to give a “shout out” to all the staff I encounter when I am at the dealership. Everyone in the service department is very polite and friendly.
