About two weeks ago, my Alfa Romeo Giulia's check engine light came on. I immediately contacted Claudio who invited me to get the check engine light checked out at the dealership the same day I contacted hi light came on. I immediately contacted Claudio who invited me to get the check engine light checked out at the dealership the same day I contacted him. I headed to the dealership shortly after and Claudio as well as Alfa Romeo's maintenance team were able to find out what was wrong with my vehicle. The parts were ordered and they arrived within a week. Claudio set up an appointment to get my vehicle serviced. I dropped off my vehicle and it was finished on the same day. I picked up my vehicle the next day and it was in great condition (washed and all). The problem was solved and I have not had any trouble. It should be noted that Claudio was very attentive and Lyft rides were offered to return me to my house after my vehicle was dropped off for service, and to bring me to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. I bought and have always serviced my 2018 Abarth at Arrigo WPB. For the most part Claudio has been my service advisor. He is always attentive and treats you with a smile. Great customer service. Overpriced. Service always tries to bypass extended warranty. My car had cooling problems, I gave them my car with my Ac working 100%. They gave me back my car with no freon which had nothing to with the problem.
