What can I say. Very knowledgeable. Very patient. Just very helpful in every aspect. Answered all my questions and then some. Happy with my purchase and the process leading up to it. Will definitely come back for my next lease. More

I bought a 2022 Honda CRV in june 2022. The car has a factory defect that I complained about within a week of buying the car. The rear right side door makes a noise when I close it. I took the car to the service department and they pretended that there was not difference between the sound of the doors. Besides that, I explained them that the noise received inside the car when driving at high speed [55 miles or more] is to much for a brand new car. They put some grease and told me that they solved the problem but the sound never went away. To add more to my disappointment of this business, the two cortesy oil changes that I got when I bought the car, was not worthy, because the waiting time was over 3 hours each time I went for oil change. Every time I asked to talk to the manager they were "busy" or " on lunch". More

According to my leasing contract I was supposed to paid 14,008.65 to purchase my car after 3 years. Actually I ended up paying 17,579.45 $. I understand there are some additional fee, administrative fee a 14,008.65 to purchase my car after 3 years. Actually I ended up paying 17,579.45 $. I understand there are some additional fee, administrative fee and taxes, but I also found out that I actually had to pay the end of lease fee…, which was already included in my 2019 bill. I tried to explain that I already paid it, with no success. They just said: “Yes I know , but i cannot do anything “. Then I got a thank you email from Norman Dorf, the owner of Honda of Tenafly asking to contact him if I had any issue with my purchase. I wrote back explaining my dissatisfaction and asked him to explain. It has been 10 days and I got no answer. No answer neither from Claudia Vazquez. Very disappointing. I originally had a decent lease; they just overcharged me at the end to compensate. More
